I stopped in a coffee shop near Stanford today. I couldn’t find an open table, but here’s what I saw:
- 1 Lenovo ThinkPad.
- 3 people without computers.
- 18 Apple Laptops.
Granted, those were college students, not professionals, but Apples are even showing up at HP stock analyst meetings. Paul Graham has predicted that we’ll all be using Apples soon because the alpha geeks are switching now, and where the hackers go the rest of us eventually follow.
